15+ years of credit and equipment finance experience with extensive expertise in underwriting, portfolio management, documentation and leading high‑performing credit teams across multiple industries.

Before joining AEF,  I spent 11 years with DLL as a Senior Credit Underwriter managing mid‑ to large‑ticket transactions, including structures up to $40MM. My most recent role was Credit Manager for the Food, Agriculture, and Outdoor business units, leading a team of 10 credit professionals. In this capacity, I was responsible for underwriting quality, developing best practices and standard operating procedures, negotiate documentation and transaction structures to manage deal risk and collaborate closely with program managers to ensure program structures aligned with the organization’s risk standards. I also led efforts to strengthen risk mitigation through portfolio analysis and scorecard model adjustments.

Earlier in my career, I held credit roles at Olympus Financial, supporting the captive finance division as a Credit Analyst and prior to that was managing major healthcare customer accounts as a Senior Credit and Collections Specialist.
