Ryan is a dedicated finance professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation. As Chief Revenue Officer at Alliance Equipment Finance, he leads the company’s origination platform, working to expand opportunities and deliver value to clients.

Before joining AEF, Ryan launched and managed the direct origination platform at 36th Street Capital Partners as their Commercial Leader. He’s also held leadership roles at Encina Capital and CapX Partners, where he played a key role in shaping strategy and achieving operational success.

Ryan’s journey in finance began with General Electric’s renowned Financial Management Program. He went on to sharpen his skills at Goldman Sachs and the Pritzker Group, focusing on investment management and financial markets. With an MBA in Economics and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Ryan combines deep expertise with a thoughtful, results-driven approach.
