- 15+ years of experience working across securitized products, credit, and structured solutions for Wall Street Banks at Truist, and Citi Group
- Most recently, Prashant was a Managing Director and head of ABS Structuring for Truist Securities, and was an integral part of building out Truist’s ABS platform from the ground-up to a top 20 ABS underwriter
- Lead structuring efforts for over $60BN of ABS transactions across 15+ asset classes over last 7 years
- Deep experience analyzing and structuring solutions for commercial non-bank originators, (GE Capital, Atalaya, Post Road, etc.) and inaugural non-bank originations of specialty finance assets
